Shepherd Pay acts as a record-keeping tool. We do not process financial transactions directly. All UPI payments are handled by your preferred external UPI app. We only store the confirmation details you manually enter or import for record-keeping purposes.
We use industry-standard security measures to ensure your data is stored safely. Access to the "Print Bill" feature may require temporary permission to access your device’s printing services, but no sensitive data is permanently stored outside of the necessary transaction logs.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Identifiable Information to outside parties. Your birthday and anniversary details are only shared within your specific church community group as intended by the app's functionality.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through the app settings. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated payment history, please contact our support team.
